Through speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, and coaching, I help individuals and teams make that shift. My work draws on the Enneagram, embodied awareness, communication and conflict skills, and spiritual wisdom.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a system for understanding ourselves and others, which revolves around 9 different personality types organized into 3 centers of intelligence: gut (instinctive), heart (feeling), and head (thinking).

While it does help us understand personality types, it is not intended to put complicated and unique human beings into tidy boxes or categories. The real power of it lies in the deeper work as we come to understand who God created us to be and provides paths for personal growth and transformation toward the true self.

What is the Enneagram
Enneagram Workshops
While one-on-one coaching is the best way to nurture your personal growth and transformation, the Enneagram is also a wonderful tool for helping helping families, co-workers, and teams understand one another and work together. It creates an cooperative and collaborative environment where people are not only productive, but also enjoy their environment.
My approach to workshops is always customized according to fit the particular needs, environment, and the leadership language of your team or organization. The focus of the content, time, and the place (in person or virtual) are all able to be tailored to the unique needs of your group. Workshops are interactive and lend themselves to immediate application. Visual aids, including PowerPoint and handouts are always used. Additionally, group discussion is always a part of any McCabe Coaching workshop as well as resources for future engagement.

Spiritual Development Coaching
Life is also sometimes difficult and often complicated. It can be hard to know whether we are on the right path. We are all on a journey and any meaningful journey usually involves a more experienced guide to offer insights and point to things hidden from the ordinary tourist, to make sure we don't miss the significance of what we are seeing along the way, and of course to act as a navigator so we don't get lost. Travel often challenges us and changes us. It is surely an imperfect metaphor, but that is how I see myself as a spiritual development coach--one who comes alongside on the journey to help offer insight, wisdom, and suggestions to enhance your engagement and experience with the life.
All of life is spiritual. I use my background as a spiritual director and pastor coupled with life coach training and other tools to help you grow and develop personally and spiritually.

Communication & Conflict Coaching
Conflict doesn't have to be scary. It can actually unlock creative potential and move a relationship or organization forward when it is approached in a healthy way. I specialize in communication and conflict coaching for communities, families, and workplaces. Additionally, I offer trainings and retreats in the art of communication and healthy approaches to conflict as well as restorative circle facilitator training. Whether through individual coaching or corporate training and retreats, I am passionate about cultivating unity and peace (both within the individual and in relation to others), as well as compassion for self and others. Participants in my trainings and retreats routinely report a sense of shared humanity, increased sense of interior peace and hope for the future. More than that, when a workplace staff attends together, it can result in higher productivity due to a more peaceful, compassionate and collaborative work atmosphere.
