For 15 years, I worked as a trial lawyer and mediator, helping people navigate conflict and complex civil cases. A call to seminary led me into pastoral ministry, spiritual direction, retreat leadership, and transformational coaching.

Today, I bring those worlds together through speaking, leading workshops and retreats, and coaching individuals and teams. I use the Enneagram, embodied awareness, and my experience with communication and conflict to help people notice the patterns shaping how they lead, relate, and respond—and make a different choice when it matters.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach, an International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional, a pastor, and the author of Sacred Possibilities: Engaging the Enneagram for Spiritual Growth and Transformation.

I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I pay attention to the people in front of me and shape each talk, workshop, retreat, or coaching engagement around what will be most useful to them.
