About Amy

Amy McCabe

For many years, I worked as an attorney handling complicated litigation cases. I suppose you could say that I argued for a living. After 15 years, I walked away to attend seminary and pursue a new calling as a pastor, spiritual director, and retreat leader. Now, I train and coach others using the methods and tools which have lead to peace, growth, and transformation in my own life.

 

Most importantly, all of this has led me to become who I was truly created to be in relationship with God, self, and others.  It would be my privilege to come alongside and help you and those around you experience the same. I am a Christian pastor and trained spiritual director, as well as an experienced retreat leader and corporate trainer. I have been studying and pursuing training in the Enneagram for 15 years and I am a Certified Enneagram Coach.

I am also passionate about coaching and training others in the art of communication as well as healthy approaches to conflict. Over the years, this journey has given me the opportunity to train interesting people from many walks of life—teachers and school administrators, doctors, pastors, disadvantaged parents, missionaries, lawyers, and so many others. I have been married for 27 years to a supportive and patient man who has been with me every step of this journey. We have 2 amazing adult children (but who doesn't think their kids are amazing?!)  I love traveling to places near and far, and pursuing physical fitness, as well as listening (and dancing) to music of all kinds. 
 
While much of my professional life has involved the more serious parts of life, I so enjoy the lighter side and take every opportunity I can to laugh with my family and friends.
